Meet Jenn + Jeff. Their crazy beautiful love story is one to be told and celebrated! On Easter weekend, Jeff proposed. Four days later, they found out he was to be deployed in August to fight the war. (So much gratitude for those like Jeff who serve this country and fight for freedom.) So they had a four week engagement and threw together the most intimate, gorgeous wedding. The ceremony was located on top of a mountain in Gallant, Alabama at Camp Sumatanga, where they both were campers as kids. Throughout the wedding day, Jenn repeated “this day is simply about the covenant between us and Christ.” Jenn is one of the most faithful and Godly women I’ve encountered.
But then there’s more good news! Just two weeks ago, Jeff just found out that his deployment was CANCELED! Yes, cancelled! Jenn and Jeff are so elated to spend this newlywed season together. I was so blessed by their wedding day, so happy I could tell their story through these photographs. Congrats, Jenn + Jeff Burns!
